My order is delayed, what should I do?

A delivery delay can have several causes (activity peaks, transport hazards). Here are the steps to follow, in order.

STEPS TO FOLLOW

Check the order status
Log in to your customer account to see whether the order is being prepared or has already shipped.

Re-read the confirmation e-mail
It states the estimated lead time and, where applicable, the delivery method chosen.

Track the parcel
Use the carrier tracking link. At a Pickup Point, the parcel stays available for about 7 days after it arrives.

Contact us if the date has passed
If the estimated date has passed or the tracking is not updating, send us a request (order no., name, e-mail) via the contact form.

POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
Order not yet shipped
We can check whether it's possible to speed things up, change the delivery method, or cancel on request.
Order shipped
Depending on the case: close monitoring, a follow-up with the carrier, or setting up a return procedure after delivery if needed.
