My order tracking link doesn’t seem to work, can you help ?

The tracking link for my order doesn't seem to work

"Shipped" means a transport label has been created and the parcel is ready or already handed over to the carrier. Tracking often becomes active after a short delay.

Allow the carrier 12 to 24 h for the first scans, then refresh.

Weekends, public holidays, peaks, weather, network incidents.

Confirm "Shipped" in Customer Area › Order history and details › Details.
Find the tracking number and the carrier (Colissimo / DPD).
Check the address and the method (home / Pickup Point).
Check your e-mails, including the spam folder.

Copy and paste the number on the carrier's website.

Test the URL without anything after the question mark.

Status "Delivered" but nothing received, or a change of pickup point.

Try another browser, disable blockers, or search on the carrier's website using your number.
The carrier shows "unknown number".
Before the first scan, the number may be unknown. Wait 12 to 24 h then try again.
