Tracking says « delivered » but I received nothing.
Check with neighbours/pickup points/mailbox then open a claim: we will request the proof of delivery from the carrier.
How long do I have to report a lost parcel?
Report it as soon as possible; the faster you do, the more effective the investigation.
Can you refund me before the investigation is over?
In general, the solution comes at the end of the investigation; we review each case to limit the wait.
