When opening the parcel, you find damage (broken, cracked, scratched, crushed)? Let us know quickly. Despite our checks, a parcel can be mishandled during transit.

RECORD PRECISE RESERVATIONS
If the parcel is handed over heavily damaged, note precise reservations with the delivery driver / Pickup Point (e.g. "box dented on the right side, hole near the label"). Avoid vague wording and take photos immediately.
