You have 45 days from receipt of your parcel to make a return. Here is how to proceed, step by step, from our dedicated portal.

You have 45 days from receipt of your parcel to return an item to us. Returns are made online, from our dedicated portal.

Important: parts must be carefully packed in their original packaging.

THE 8-STEP PROCEDURE

Follow these steps from the returns portal to generate your return slip and your label.

1	Access the returns portal Click on "Click here" from the page dedicated to returns.
2	Identify the order Enter your order number and the first 3 letters of your last or first name, then Continue.
3	Check your information Verify your contact details, then Continue.
4	Select the products Tick the item(s) to return, give the reason in the drop-down menu, then Continue.
5	Choose the return outcome Store credit (discount voucher) or refund to the original card, then Continue.
6	Choose the carrier Select the carrier you want, then Continue.
7	Choose the payment provider PayPal, Stripe or Monetico, then Continue.
8	Download your documents Once payment is accepted, download from the confirmation page: payment receipt, return slip and return label.

Required: place the return slip inside the parcel before shipping it.
