HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Changed your mind and want to cancel your order? Important: at Fixoma, orders are prepared quickly; cancellation is not guaranteed and may be impossible once preparation has started or the parcel has shipped.

QUICK ANSWER
Log in to your customer account to check the status.
Submit your request via the contact form as soon as possible.
If it has already shipped, refuse the parcel on delivery or do not collect it from the pickup point: it will be returned to us automatically.
Otherwise, you can use the « Make a return » procedure.

STEPS TO CANCEL

Check the order status
My account > Orders: « being prepared » or already « shipped ».

Prepare the information
Order number, first and last name, order email, reason (optional).

Request the cancellation
Via the Fixoma contact form. We'll do what we can if cancellation is still possible.

IF THE ORDER HAS ALREADY SHIPPED
Refuse the parcel on delivery or do not collect it from the pickup point: it comes back to us automatically, then we process your case.
You can also follow the « Make a return » procedure (time frame indicated in the article).

PROCESSING AND REFUND

Once the returned parcel is received and checked, we issue the refund to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email.
