Why did my payment fail ?

WHY DID MY PAYMENT FAIL?

Card payment failures most often come from a small detail to fix (card number/CVC, spending limit, 3-D Secure not confirmed, billing address, expired card). Check the points below and try again.

COMMON CAUSES
Incorrect card details (number, expiry date, CVC).
Spending limit reached/insufficient funds, or an unusual transaction blocked by your bank.
3-D Secure not confirmed (bank code/app not validated in time).
Billing address not matching the one registered with your bank.
Expired card or online/international payments disabled.
Browser / network (cache, cookies, VPN, blocker) interfering with the payment step.

WHAT TO DO?

Confirm that your card is accepted (Visa, Mastercard, CB) and valid.

Check the number, date, CVC and billing address (exact, no abbreviations).

Open your banking app (or check your SMS) to confirm 3-D Secure if requested.

Check your spending limits and that online payments are enabled.

Try again on another browser/device (disable VPN/blockers if needed).

If it keeps failing, contact your bank then our support team with your order number and the date/time of the attempt.

SECURITY & AUTHENTICATION (3-D SECURE)

Payment is processed via our secure provider (PayPlug). Card details are encrypted by our provider. Depending on your bank, strong authentication (3-D Secure) may be required to validate the transaction.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I did not receive the 3-D Secure code.
Check your notifications/calls/SMS and access to your banking app. Restart the operation and watch the app in real time.
A "pending" charge appears then disappears.
This is often an authorisation that was not finalised. It is released automatically (timeframe varies by bank).
Can I use another payment method?
Yes, depending on the methods offered at checkout (another card, etc.). Choose the option shown at the time of payment.
