Want to know more about our deliveries? At Fixoma, your specialist in spare parts for powered gardening and petrol-powered tools, your order is shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the moment it is confirmed.

OUR DELIVERY TIMES

Once you have found your spare parts via our search bar or with the help of a customer advisor, add the items to your basket and complete your order: contact details, choice of carrier, then delivery address or pickup point where you will collect your parcel.

As soon as we actually receive your payment on our 100% secure payment platform (or your bank cheque), your parts are prepared and carefully packed, then handed over to the carrier within 24 to 48 working hours.

Delivery then takes place according to the chosen method, generally within 24 to 72 hours. All that is left is to fit your parts and enjoy your garden: equipment as good as new, maintained with quality parts, delivered quickly and at the best price.

The shipping time (24 to 48 working hours) starts from the moment your payment is actually received. The delivery time is then added on top, depending on the carrier you choose.

Times are indicative and may vary depending on the weight, volume and destination of the parcel. Prices incl. VAT, starting from the amounts shown.

OUR DELIVERY CHARGES

The amount of the delivery charges varies according to several factors: the chosen delivery method, the weight of the items ordered and the delivery location (Corsica, French overseas territories, European Union or international).

Deliveries are possible throughout France, but also internationally: Spain, Italy, Belgium, etc.

Free delivery from 99 € of purchases: for any order ≥ 99 €, delivery is free to a pickup point, for mainland France (excluding Corsica).
 
For rates to French overseas territories or international destinations, contact us: a suitable rate will be provided.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is placed, you can follow its preparation, its shipping and its journey to your home or to the chosen pickup point. As soon as it goes into preparation, a tracking link is sent to you: it is accessible from your customer account, in the section dedicated to your orders.

Whatever carrier you choose, this link lets you track the journey of your parcel step by step on a dedicated platform.
