A delivery address different from the billing address: how to do it?

Yes, you can set a delivery address that is different from your billing address. This is done at checkout or from your Customer Account.

At checkout, choose separate addresses for billing and delivery.
Save several addresses in your Customer Account and select the right one for each order.

Cart, then Checkout
Add your items, then click Checkout.

Choose the billing address, then the delivery address.

Add an address
"Add a new address", fill in the fields, save.

Continue
Select the delivery address, then continue to Delivery and Payment.

Log in, then open "My addresses".
Add / edit
Home, work, a relative: add or remove.
Default
Set a default address (billing/delivery).

DELIVER TO A PICK-UP POINT
GOOD TO KNOW
At the Delivery step, choose Pick-up Point. An ID is required at collection, in the name of the person collecting.

Complete address
Building, floor, door code, intercom name + phone.
Postcode & city
Check that they are correct.
Company
Company name and access instructions.
Mailbox
The name must match the delivery address.
Pick-up Point
Compatible opening hours and accessible.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I have it delivered to someone else?
Yes. Enter their first and last name in the delivery address; an ID in that name will be requested at collection.
Can I change the address after confirmation?
Before shipping, contact us quickly: it is sometimes possible. Afterwards, re-routing depends on the carrier.
Business: can billing and delivery differ?
Yes. Billing details (company name, VAT/registration number) and a different delivery address (job site, workshop).
