How to update my addresses?

Want to add or edit an address? Follow the steps. Your addresses are used to deliver your parts and to invoice you (VAT, legal details).

QUICK ANSWER

	My account › My addresses, then "Update" or "Add a new address".
	Set a default address for billing and/or delivery.
	Changes apply to future orders (not to orders already confirmed).

GO TO "MY ADDRESSES"

MY ACCOUNT › MY ADDRESSES

Click the "My account" icon at the top of the site, log in if needed, then open the "My addresses" tab.

ADD OR EDIT (STEPS)

1	Choose the action "Update" to edit, or "Add a new address".
2	Fill in the fields See the list below, then click Save.
3	Default address Tick the option to set it as default (billing and/or delivery).

REQUIRED FIELDS & BILLING / DELIVERY

Identity / company

First name/Last name or Company (businesses, organisations), company registration number if applicable.

Address

Address, additional details (building, floor, door code), postcode, city, country.

Phone

Required by carriers for delivery.

Billing ≠ delivery

You can set different addresses for each use.

DELIVERY TIPS FOR SPARE PARTS

	Add precise extra details (door code, company, hours) to make delivery easier.
	Check the spelling and the format (postal compliance) to avoid delays.
	Use the same entity name as on your billing documents (VAT).

Can I change the address on an order I've already confirmed?

The update applies to future orders. For an order in progress, contact us quickly: it's sometimes possible before dispatch.

How do I delete an address?

In My addresses, open the relevant address and choose Delete.

Can I save several addresses?

Yes: add as many addresses as you need and pick the right one for each order.
