You can download and reprint your invoice directly from your customer account.

STEP-BY-STEP

1	Click "Log in" (top right) and open your customer account.
2	Go to Order history and details.
3	Click Details next to the relevant order to display the full view.
4	Click Download the invoice to get the PDF, then save/print it.

Accessing your invoice requires having created a customer account when placing the order (using the same e-mail address).

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I cannot find the "Download the invoice" button.

Check that you are logged in and that you are viewing the relevant order from Order history and details.

I did not create a customer account when ordering.

Create your account with the same e-mail address you used for the order, then follow the steps above.

The invoice opens but I cannot print it.
