In accordance with the applicable data protection laws (notably the GDPR), you can request the deletion of your account and/or your personal data at any time.

TIMEFRAMES AND OUTCOME

We acknowledge receipt and reply within the legal timeframe. Some data may be retained where the law requires it (e.g. accounting and tax obligations); in that case, it is limited, secured and kept only for the required period.

Account deletion is permanent: loss of your history and preferences. You can, however, create a new account later.

Can I keep access to my invoices after deletion?
Remember to download your invoices before deletion. Some documents may still be legally retained by Fixoma, but they will no longer be accessible from your account.
Does unsubscribing from marketing delete my account?
No. It simply stops the sending of promotional emails. Request account deletion if you wish to close access.
Can I undo a deletion afterwards?
No, deletion is permanent. You can, however, create a new account later.
