WHAT THE WARRANTIES COVER

Products sold on Fixoma come with the legal guarantees (conformity and hidden defects) and, where applicable, a commercial warranty whose terms are set out in our Terms and Conditions of Sale. The commercial warranty is in addition to the legal guarantees and does not replace them.

WEAR PARTS AND « AFTERMARKET » PARTS
Wear parts
Their service life is by nature limited. Wear linked to normal use does not, on its own, constitute a conformity defect.
« Aftermarket » vs « original » parts
The longevity of an aftermarket part cannot be compared mechanically with that of an original part: it should be assessed in light of the price difference and the use made of it.

A precise description of the defect (when it appeared, conditions of use).
Clear photos/videos of the problem and the installation.
Any maintenance records, if the part requires them.
Purchase invoice and original packaging if possible.

PROCESSING TIMES

A warranty claim is processed on average within two to three weeks (indicative timeframe).

An inspection or product return may be requested: keep the parcel and packaging for the entire duration of the review.
