Legal warranty of conformity
A defect preventing normal use, within the legal period from delivery.
Warranty against hidden defects
A defect predating the sale, not apparent, making the part unfit for its use.
 
MAIN EXCLUSIONS
As a guide: normal wear and consumables, incorrect fitting, poor maintenance, unsuitable use, impact, corrosion, modifications.

COMMERCIAL WARRANTY
SPECIFIED IN THE TERMS
If a commercial warranty is added to the legal warranties, its terms (duration, scope, exclusions) are in our Terms and Conditions. It does not replace the legal warranties: it is in addition to them.

Clear photos/videos of the problem and the installation.
Maintenance

How long does a commercial warranty last?

What if it's a fitting issue or the wrong reference?
This is generally not covered by the warranty. We can point you to the right reference.
