How can I track the progress of my order?

Track your order at any time: from your customer account (history & details), or via the carrier tracking link. Here is the step-by-step and the statuses.

TRACK VIA THE CARRIER LINK
WHERE TO FIND THE LINK
Shipping email, customer account › Order details, or the "Track my parcel" page. Tracking may take 12 to 24 h after shipping to appear.

ORDER AND DELIVERY STATUSES
Payment accepted
Payment received.
Preparation in progress
Parts prepared and packed.
Shipped
Handed over to the carrier.
In transit / out for delivery
In transit or on the delivery round.
Available at pickup point
Collection possible within the stated time.
Delivered
Delivered to the address or pickup point.

COMMON ISSUES AND SOLUTIONS
No tracking
Wait 12-24 h then refresh; also check your customer account.
No email
Check your spam; otherwise History and details.
"Delivered" but nothing received
Mailbox, neighbour or pickup point, then carrier and support.
Delay
Weekends, public holidays, network volumes; if it persists, write to us.

Can I change pickup point after shipping?
Sometimes possible from the tracking page; otherwise contact our support.

Reset your password, then open History and details to retrieve the tracking link.
