One or more parts are missing from my parcel: what should I do?

A part missing or an incomplete quantity on arrival? Report it quickly. Despite our checks, a mistake can happen. Follow the steps below.

QUICK ANSWER
Compare the contents with your invoice and the dispatch email.
Check whether several parcels were announced (multiple tracking numbers).
Inspect the packing: small parts may be inside a bag.
Keep the box and all packaging.
Open a ticket with the requested information.

Number of parcels
A shipment may be split (e.g. 1/2 and 2/2).
Carrier tracking
A second parcel may be in transit or delivered elsewhere.
Packing & liners
Empty out the padding; look under the flaps and inside any bags.
Multi-part items
Some items bundle several components together.

Take photos
The outside of the parcel (label), the inside with the packing, the contents received and the invoice.

List what is missing
The description and, if possible, the reference.

Contact us
Through the form, attaching these items.

INFO TO INCLUDE TO SPEED THINGS UP
Order number and name.
Photos: shipping label, inside/outside of the parcel, contents received, invoice.
Colissimo / DPD tracking number(s) (if several parcels).
If possible: the OEM reference or the model/series of the machine/engine.

AFTER YOU REPORT IT
HOW WE HANDLE IT
We check the picking, the tracking and the invoiced contents. If a missing item is confirmed: an additional shipment, the re-routing of a second parcel or a refund, depending on the case.

Can my order be delivered in several parcels?
Yes: a shipment may be split depending on availability and volume. Check the tracking numbers.
The box is damaged or opened on delivery.
Make precise reservations with the courier / pickup point and take photos immediately.
