My order shows as “Shipped” but I haven’t received anything — is that normal ?

My order is « shipped » but I have received nothing, is this normal?

« Shipped » means that a shipping label has been created and the parcel is ready to leave or has been handed to the carrier. Tracking often activates with a slight delay.

Allow the carrier 12 to 24 hours to display the first scans.

Label created
The parcel is prepared, awaiting pickup or already handed over.
Before the first scan
« Awaiting collection » is normal until the sorting facility has scanned it.
