As soon as your parcel arrives at the chosen pickup point, you receive an availability email and have a set period to collect it. Here is the timeline and the options.

As soon as your parcel arrives at the pickup point, you receive an availability email. You then have 7 days to collect it. After this period, the parcel is returned to our warehouse.

The 7-day period cannot be extended. Once the parcel has been dropped off, a transfer to another pickup point is generally not possible.

If the parcel is returned to us because it was not collected in time, we can reship it on request after we receive it. Shipping costs will be payable again by you. To arrange a reshipment, contact our support team.
