WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Once your order is placed, we prepare the shipment within 24 to 48 business hours. As soon as it ships, you receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow the delivery.

Check your spam / promotions folders, then look in your customer account. If needed, contact us.
The tracking isn't updating.
There may be a delay before updates appear (carrier scan). If nothing changes within 24-48 business hours, write to us with your order number and tracking number.
My order contains items with different lead times.
We ship as soon as the whole order is ready. For a partial shipment, let us know (additional charges may apply).
