I received my carrier tracking link but delivery still has not happened: what should I do ?

Has your order shown "out for delivery" for several days and the estimated date has passed? Here is what to do to get things moving again.

Open the tracking link received by e-mail and note the parcel number.
Check that the delivery address is correct in your customer area.
If the estimated date has passed, call the carrier with your parcel number.
If the issue persists, contact us with a summary of your exchanges.

CHECK THE STATUS AND ADDRESS
Online tracking
Check the status via the carrier link in the shipping e-mail.
 
Delivery address
Make sure it is correct and complete: floor, entry code, apartment number, phone.

CONTACT THE CARRIER

Have your parcel number ready, then contact the relevant carrier:

Ask for: parcel location, a new estimate, a possible drop at a pickup point, the reason for the delay. In the event of a confirmed delay or suspected loss, open a claim and keep the references.
