MAINTENANCE
How to replace and maintain
the blade bearing?
The blade bearing (hub with bearing) holds the blade and ensures smooth rotation by limiting vibration and friction. A worn bearing causes noise, play and uneven cuts. Here is when to replace it, how to change it and how to maintain it.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS |
Should I change the blade at the same time as the bearing?
If the blade is bent or worn, or if it has caused an imbalance, replace it. An unbalanced blade will wear out the new bearing again.
Do all bearings need greasing?
No. Some bearings are sealed and maintenance-free. Grease only if there is a grease fitting, and follow the manufacturer's manual.
