My cart shows as empty when I try to order, what should I do?
It is often a cookie/session conflict or a blocker preventing the cart from being saved. Follow the steps, from the simplest to the most thorough.

Can I keep my saved passwords?
Yes: first delete the data for the affected domain only, instead of clearing your entire history.
My cart disappears after I add an item.
Disable extensions (adblock / anti-tracking) for our site, or add it to the allowlist.
The issue only appears on mobile.
Test on 4G/5G (without Wi-Fi), then clear the site data in your mobile browser settings.
