I’m new here: how does it work ?

Welcome to Fixoma! Our priority is reliable, fast service. Here’s how to find parts, place an order, and track delivery.

1) Quick answer

  • Browse freely (over 300,000 references) and add items to your cart.

  • Order by creating an account or as a guest.

  • Choose delivery (DPD Pickup / DPD Predict home / Colissimo) and payment (cards, cheque, bank transfer—public entities via the contact form).

  • Preparation and dispatch within 24–48 business hours, then online tracking.

2) Create an account or checkout as guest

Go to My Account (top right) > Create your account. You can also checkout as a guest. Carts are saved for a few days so you can return later.

3) Find your parts

Use the search bar (reference, OEM, category, model). If unsure, our advisors can help you identify the right part: contact support.

4) Checkout steps

  1. Cart: review items and apply any voucher code.

  2. Account: sign in, create an account, or continue as guest.

  3. Delivery: choose DPD Pickup / DPD Predict / Colissimo and your address or pickup point.

  4. Payment: select a method and confirm your order.

5) Delivery

Preparation and handover to the carrier within 24–48 business hours. Home delivery (Colissimo / DPD Predict) or DPD Pickup.

6) Payment methods

Bank cards, cheque, bank transfer. For public entities (administrative order): contact us.

7) Track your order

A tracking link is sent after dispatch and remains available in My Account > Order history. You can also use our dedicated page: track my parcel.

8) Returns

You have a 45-day withdrawal period (items unused and complete). Start the request via the contact form.
