Can I delay the shipment of my order ?

CAN I POSTPONE THE SHIPMENT OF MY ORDER?

Once confirmed, it is not possible to postpone the dispatch of an order. Here are some solutions to help you plan ahead.

We do not offer postponed dispatch once the order is confirmed.
 
At a pickup point, you have around 7 days to collect your parcel.

A TIP BEFORE YOU ORDER
If you are planning to be away, place your order a few days before you leave (collection at a pickup point) or once you are back, to avoid any inconvenience.

AFTER CONFIRMATION: WHAT TO DO?
 
Check the status of your order in your customer account.
 
If preparation has not yet started, contact us as soon as possible: we will look at the available options.

IF THE ORDER HAS ALREADY SHIPPED
 
Refuse the parcel on delivery, or do not collect it from the pickup point: it will be returned to us automatically.
 
Or use the « Make a return » procedure once you have received the parcel.

CANCEL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
